Notice – Road Closure Public Hearing

ROAD CLOSURE BYLAW

Please take note that pursuant to Section 13 of The Municipalities Act, the RM of Coteau intends to consider a proposed bylaw to close and lease the following portion of a municipal road allowance:
North / South road allowance located on the south east boundary of SE-36-25-07-W3 to the north east boundary of NE-36-25-07-W3, approximately one mile of road allowance.
There will be a public hearing Tuesday October 14, 2025 at 9:30am in the municipal office in Birsay, SK to hear comments from ratepayers. Council will also accept written comments emailed to rm255@sasktel.net or dropped off at the municipal office before the public hearing.
